Position Purpose / 職務の目的
The Accounting and Tax Manager of P3 is needed for
“Practical director (現場監督者)for following company accounting and tax matter “
1. General ledger management
2. JGAAP closing
3. Taxes
4. IFRS closing
Responsibilities / 職務の責任
Responsible of following role with small support from M1
Direct Responsibilities
1. General ledger management
>To maintain proper bookkeeping with respect of GAAPs and group control
>To guarantee quality of general ledger with managing proper financial controls.
>To adapt new accounting schemes
>Standard journal validation
>Journal posting
2.JGAAP closing
>To manage accounting closing milestones and schedule
>To prepare financial statement with timely and accuracy manner
>To prepare internal/external reporting
>Contact person of Accounting audit
3.Taxes
>To manage tax return filing schedule
>To prepare tax return filing with tax advisor
>To prepare to pay tax in timely manner
>To contribute tax inspection
Contributing Responsibilities
4.IFRS closing
>To contribute IFRS closing via general ledger management
>To contribute IFRS accounting review from Accounting auditor
Others
>To participate and contribute to the special projects or strategic initiatives of the company
Business Knowledge / 求められるビジネス知識
- Fundamental insurance business knowledge in Japan
- Insurance Accounting under Japan and International standards (JGAAP & IFRS)
- Transversal expertise across various insurance business lines is a plus
Technical Experience / Competencies / 求められる技術的経験・コンピテンシー
- Insurance accounting and tax
- Active communication/negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
